It's a very good point you have there, and a timely one too.
Mid last year i was asked by the ANZCCART, the Australian/New Zealand
equivalent of AALAS from what i can figure, if i knew anyone who would
be interested in writting a set of husbandry standards for zebrafish.
The ZHA BoD responded well, as did other facility managers down under,
and we're planning to get the ball rolling on this one down here at
the A&NZ husbandry workshop on the 6th of Feb.
It would be great if ZHA would also oversee something in the top end
of the world, that would help us all avoid the nasties that come from
ethics groups that don't really have relevant expertise in fish.
