Dear colleagues,
I am researching endocrine disruption using the zebrafish model.
Ideally I would like to expose males and females separately. I have
seen from past messages in the group that adults can be sexed
with reasonable accuracy from body shape and distended cloaca
(in females). However, I wish to use juveniles and possibly even
larvae. I know that it is possible to get monosex (genetic) carp and
wondered if anyone knew of such a zebrafish strain.
I would be grateful for any help,
James Wheeler
