Dear Sir,
I am a practicing physician. We had few cases of viral pyrexia and they were
brought under control. 2 months after the pyrexial episode, pt came with
complete wasting of deltoid muscle. power of supraspinatus and other muscles
surrounding are normal in bulk, power etc.
H/o Injection at the site of deltoid present with chloroquin injection.
kindly guide me in this regard please
