HI, i'm a student at university of pisa i'm working on new herpesvirus (HHV6,HHV7,HHV8) and parvovirus B19 i'm using PCR for detect virus in sera of immunocompromessed patients but i need of one rapid manual method of sera extraction (no kit extraction) someone of you know it? thanks for your help ---
