Hi, I´ve got a little problem with the purification of empty capsids of
papillomaviruses from tissue culture. I observe that in part of my
preparations the VLP cluster with cell debris. These debris seems not to
be any membrane fraction. Did anybody know a convenient method to
resolve those clusters? For hints please contact me.
