Sindbis virus expression system

I am seeking to hear from someone familiar with the Sindbis virus
expression system.  I am having problems detecting all my expressed
proteins in this system (I have used Coomassie blue staining and
metabolic labelling with immunoprecipitation).....Fred Kibenge.
