When you say EBV "titers over 640" I'm assuming this is antibody titer and
not virus titer...clinical presentations are all good-and-fine for an
attending phys. to determine a course of treatment/management BUT without
additional laboratory tests we'd just be talking into our hats as to what
the agent(s) could be.
