I am writing a paper for my grad program on general plant virology
techniques, and coming from a cell and molecular background, I need
help! Can anybody please help me with the following questions to
get me started.
What are some of the more common methods/assays to evaluate plant
extracts for antiviral activity?
How do you then isolate and characterize the antiviral agents?
How would you then assess the antiviral agents in rodents?
Any help is much appreciated.
