I suppose in theory, but it seems likely that either they are not carriers,
or the strain is genuinely not dangerous to humans. To suppose that the two
men exposed to Reston might suddenly start a human plague is to postulate a
strain with an incubation or latency period of several years. There's just
no evidence for that.---
