Does anyone know where I can get the yeast haploid JRY188 and 6657-4D cells
in the USA? I used these cells with an Australian collaborator using the
pYELC plasmid system. I have the pYELC plasmids with the inserts I am
interested in from Australia but have not been able to find the appropriate
yeast cells to transform and express the proteins.
