hi!
i'm doing a thesis and i can't find any literature on how to determine drug concentrations for in vitro testing for ames test. The drugs that I will be testing are available in capsule form and I still have to dilute them but I do not know what concentrations I should arrive at. Should I just base it on my positive control and increase concentrations following that? Help.
