I have a position available in my laboratory for a postdoc/research
assistant professor in the area of toxicogenomics using fish and
invertebrates as animal models. This is part of a NOAA-funded program
(Aquatic Research Consortium) which focuses on study of effects and
mechanisms of responses to environmental stressors (natural and man-made) in
estuarine organisms. Experience with design and production of gene arrays
and analysis and interpretation of array data is required. All equipment
necessary to conduct genomics studies is on hand. The laboratory is located
in Ocean Springs, MS and is part of the University of Southern Mississippi.
The position is available immediately. Salary is around 50K. For further
