The Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology of Rutgers University
invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to
begin September 1, 2000. Preference will be given to candidates with
expertise in enzymology and study of the molecular mechanisms of
detoxification and/or toxicity of xenobiotics. The successful candidate will
be expected to establish an active, externally funded research program; to
participate in the graduate and undergraduate curricula; and to develop a
