Hi,
Does anybody know where I might obtain cytotoxicity data on the following
three chemicals which are widely used in many broad spectrum
germicides/disinfectants, 2-Phenylphenol, 4-tert-Amylphenol, and,
2-Benzyl-4-chlorophenol. I am also interested in the surfactant Sodium
Lauryl Sulphate.
I am working with the mammalian cell line HepG2 and the rainbow trout cell
Iine RTG-2. I have found a little information on SLS with respect to HepG2
cells but have had no luck with the other 3 chemicals for either cell line.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
