Hello all,
I've ordered a 24 hrs urine porphyrin profile test to establish
whether (chronic) mercury intoxication could be at hand.
This test gives the spectrum of octa-, hepta-, hexa-, penta- and
tetra-carboxyporphyrins in 24 hrs urine.
Does anybody know what specific spectrum would indicate mercury
intoxication as opposed to other heavy metals intoxication?
Thanks,
arie
