No, mustard gas is of a completely different chemical class.
Chlorine gas is extremely irritating and toxic, however, and I
believe that the warning label on Clorox (hypochlorite bleach
solution) makes some reference to the dangers of mixing it with
other cleaning solutions that react with it to release chlorine gas.
