I am looking for an alternative to simple linear regression analysis
for calculating EC50 values from a dose-response curve, specifically
methods which may identify and/or compensate for outliers.
My primary concern is for maintaining consistency with results from other
related research, so any suggestions of sources that contain standardized
techniques for statistical analysis dose response curves (EPA databases?)
would be greatly appreciated.
