Sediment Bioassays

I use the Microtox (Vibrio fischeri) solid-phase bioassay for
analyses of sediment toxicity (specifically with estuarine sediments). I
am looking into the occurence of false positives associated with small
grain-size sediments and need to find a supplier who can provide clay
(>63um diameter, preferably kaolin) for generating uncontaminated
reference sediments.
If anyone knows of such a supplier or can suggest a method for
generating reference sediments in which the physiochemical properties of
the clay fraction are retained, please let me know.
