POSTDOCTORAL POSITION in environmental health effects to study chemically-induced leukemogenesis using the severe combined immunodeficient (SCID) mouse. Applicant must be familiar with phenotypic analysis of leukocytes using flow cytometry. Other aspects of study involves mechanisms of redox-dependent signal transduction. Experience with SDS-PAGE/ Western-blotting required.
GENERAL LABORATORY POSITION in cell culture laboratory. Basic understanding of biology required. The individual will maintain cell lines, conduct routine laboratory maintenance, order reagents, treat and harvest/study cells. We will train.
