pharmacokinetics of marijuana

     Does anyone have any information on physiological parameters for 
     dosing, distribution, and excretion of marijuana smoke by humans, 
     primates, rodents?
     
     I would prefer target tissue half-lives, but would also be interested 
     in partitioning coefficients, Vmax, Km, etc.
