0.1 % = 0.1 g / dL = Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) one doesn't want to get
caught driving an auto with in most states in the US.
0.1 g /dL == 1 g / L
Molecular weight ethanol = 46 g / mole (2 X 12[C] + 1 X 16[O] + 6 X 1[H])
=> 1 g / L x 1mole / 46 g = 0.0217 mole / L ~ 22 mM
Hence, a 0.1% BAC is approximately 22 mM (milli Molar) or 0.022 M
