A good starting reference is:

Eisler, R.  1987.  Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon hazards to fish,
wildlife and invertebrates: A synoptic review.  Biological Report
85(1.11); Contaminant Hazard Reviews, Report No. 11.  U.S. Fish and
Wildlife Service, Laurel, MD

This report will give you a good base of information and cites numerous
other more specific sources of PAH information.  Good luck.  If
possible, could you post your references when you have a comprehensive
list?
