TLC DATA CARDS Approximately 250 cards detailing reactions,
metabolite patterns, and TLC specificity of drug substances.
SPOT CHEK/SPOT ID A computer database used to narrow possible
drug substances, using TLC data, from a list of approximately 250 drug
substances. A demonstation version is available containing a database of
12 drug substances as a model of the identification technique..

* Only one solvent system is used.
* Uses the most common TLC plates, silica gel analytical plates with
fluorescent indicator.
* The database search is very flexible. A longer list can be generated by
using less data or narrowed using additional data.
* The booklet, data cards (or pages, if desired), and computer software

booklet (90-1003) first to begin seting up the procedure. The data cards
(90-1005) can be used without the computer program. The computer program
(90-1001) speeds identification and makes finding such matches more
reliable.
