I don't know if there is a specific nutritional newsgroup I should being
posting this question to but I hope someone out there can help. I have a
question I am really stuck on that I need an answer to befor Dec.5. With
most of the toxins that we are exposed to are plant based and most of the
carcinogens are plant derived why is it that vegetarians live pretty
healthy lives (generally) when they are consuming such high quantities of
toxins? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
