I would like to use prefinish in an automated way to suggest primers for
assembly finishing.
Due to a lack of documentation I'm not sure if this is possible at all.
Can I use prefinish from the console to suggest primers for an gap4 -
assembly?
Where can I find a more detailed documentation about this tool and his
features?
If prefinish isen't able to perform these task I would consider to use
autofinish. But I'm not sure how to convert the gap4 database into .ace
format for use by autofinish. Any hints on these?
