Problems with windows_2003 version of staden on XP.

Hello,
I have recently downloaded the windows version of the staden package
and am currently teaching myself how to use it.  I have run into
several problems so far (I checked this group for posts to help but
did not find any). First the help does not work.  This is the error
message associated with clicking help.

The interactive clipping does not work in pregap4.  This is the error
message..
