Hello,
I am a new user to Staden and wish to use it to analyze a bacterial
promoter sequence for direct and inverted repeats. This promoter is
only about 200bp long so it is quite short. The sequence exists as a
text file, I can get the file thru pregap4 and gap4 will open the file
but the drop down menu for many of the analysis options and grayed
out.could someone tell me what I am doing wrong ??
