The Staden Package (Gap4, Nip4, Sip4, etc) is now finally available and
downloadable under the same terms as the Unix release. (Free to academics, but
not to commercial users.) The testing of the Windows release was completed
nearly a year ago. Apologies for the lengthy delay in making this publically
available.
