Hello,
When I run pregap I get an error message during the "Clipping sequence vector"
step. The message just says "Error:hashing problem", and I haven't been able
to find any reference to this in the manpages.
The program continues after this error and I can work further, but I'd like to
know what the error message means to remove one worry about my data.
