Hello!
We have some problems using the pregap program to create the SCF files
with the chromatograph.
Some of our sequences, made on an ABI, have a "sample name" that is
embedded in the ABI chromatograph file and that is too long, and
therefore those sequences are not accepted (when making "pregap", they
always fall into the *.failed file).
Do you perhaps know how to change a sequence name in the chromatograph
file ???
We don't have all the gel images to reanalyse the sequences and give them
a new name, and don’t know another manner to do it on the ABI.
