To all users of the Staden Package,
We are considering dropping DEC Ultrix support for the Staden Package.
Our reasons for this are that we wish to replace our Ultrix system with a more
up to date system and that only a few percentage of our tapes are for Ultrix
systems. Before making a decision there are a couple questions that we wish to
know answers for.
1) How many people require the package to work under Ultrix?
2) Is there anyone out there with an Ultrix system that would be willing to
cooperate with us in providing binaries for people who still require them?
