I would be most grateful if you could bring the following position to
the attention of any outstanding potential candidates:

Iowa State University
We seek a tenure-track assistant professor with research interests in
signal transduction, including developmental, environmental or metabolic
regulation. The successful candidate is expected to develop an
independent, competitively funded research program, to participate
actively in our expanding initiatives in plant biology
(http://www.iastate.edu/~botany/; http://www.plantsciences.iastate.edu/)
and to contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching. Applicants
should submit a vita, statements of research and teaching interests and
selected reprints, and have three letters of recommendation sent to Dr.
Martin Spalding, Department of Botany, 353 Bessey Hall, Iowa State

consideration. ISU is an EO/AA employer.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Martin Spalding
