A three-year postdoctoral position is available beginning January 96, as
part of a EU programm entitled "Control of source-sink relations by
carbohydrate regulation of gene expression". This programm will involved
13 partners throughout Europe.
The successful candidate will join a group working on elements of the
transduction cascade. The role of the Arabidopsis homologues of the yeast
SNF1 protein kinase will be investigated using molecular, physiological
and biochemical approaches.
Applicants should have experience in molecular biology and biochemistry
and/or microscopy (in situ hybridization, immunolocalization).
