Post-doc position in London UK, with Mike Evans, Pete Heathcote and Steve=

A position is available for a post doctoral research associate in the=20
Photosynthesis Research Group to work on the spectroscopic analysis of the=
quinone (A1) binding site in photosystem 1. The programme,, under the=20
direction of  Mike Evans (UCL)  Pete Heathcote & Steve Rigby (QMW), will=20
utilise EPR, ENDOR, pulsed EPR and FTIR to analyse quinone protein=20
interactions in WT and mutant PS1 reaction centres. A background in=20
biophysics, biochemistry  or physical chemistry, with experience of advanced=
spectroscopic techniques would be an advantage.=20
The post is supported by BBSRC with salary on the 1A scale =A316866- 20107
