I am working on monensin ,a carboxylic ionophore.It is known to have antimalarial
activity.Can anyone give some information about maximum tolerable dose(mtd) of
monensin in swiss albino mice? Has anyone worked with liposomal monensin?If so,
please answer th following questions? Why do these liposomes aggregate? What it
the mtd of liposomal monensin in swiss albino mice?
