Blow dryer cures "body lice"

I had been suffering for about a year from what I thought were body lice.
After reading a post on this newsgroup from a mother who had kids with
head lice, where the ones who blew dried their hair didn't get them,
I decided to try it.  It worked!  I guess the bites on my body were just 
from wandering head lic.
