Dear Paola:
	Argentina has excellent physicians that can verify and treat a parasitic 
infection in people (I am not an Argentinian so my opinion is not biased in 
that regard!).
	Giardia is a common parasite of humans and any gastroenterologist should 
be able to handle it very well. Blastocystis is not a pathogenic organism. 
Furthermore, the symptoms that you describe have nothing to do with either 
	I do not doubt that your father is unconfortable with his condition but you 
will not find solution through the electronic mail. PLEASE, ask him 
to go to a physician and stick with him/her.
