Posthodiplostomum minimum

Is there anyone out there who has done work on Posthodiplostomum minimum?
Specifically, I'd like to know what the prepatent period is in the snail 
host.  I have been unable to find it in the literature.  Any information 
or references will be greatly appreciated.
