Seeking a candidate to work at Stony Brook University in the Department of 
Biochemistry and Cell Biology. Research designed to analyze the molecular 
mechanisms underlying the neuro-developmental disorder Rett syndrome. 
Collect and analyze data, including periodical/literature search and 
utilizing specialized skills in related field.   Participate and assist in 
manuscript writing for publication in scientific journals and/or 
presentations. May also assist in grant writing.  Lab maintenance, 
including equipment maintenance, and ordering of supplies as needed. May 
attend scientific conferences and meetings.
