Hi,
GENESIS was never released as native Windows binary. But one can use
it via cygwin on Windows.
If you'll pardon a bit of self promotion, MOOSE is another simulator
somewhat compatible with GENESIS (you can run many GENESIS scripts on
MOOSE) which has a native windows build. Keep an eye on the comp-neuro
mailing list for the upcoming release 1.3.0 (though windows version
will be a little late).
