Seems reasonable to me. The procedure that is commonly used around
here is were 1.4-1.9g/kg urethane with additional ketamine at 10 mg/
kg, I.M and xylazine 2 mg/kg, I.M.and then an injection of urethane
(0.2 gm/kg) every 1-2 hr.
Maybe you should just avoid the isoflurane?
