[Neuroscience] Conditioning and phylogenetic order

What is the lowest-order animal, in terms of phylogenetic hierarchy, endowed with associative learning (i.e., classical and operant conditioning)? In other words, where in phylogenetic hierarchy does the capability for associative learning arise?
