[Neuroscience] fluorogold and patch clamp seals

Greetings all. I have been trying to record form FG labeled cells and I
am having difficulty achieving a seal on the cells. I know there are a
few papers out there that did this but I am having difficulty. Anybody
in the group have any suggestions??
