Dear all,
I would like to ask if anyone knows which is the effective ground
when monopolar DBS takes place. In this case the ground is actually in
the case (that is placed below the clavicle) of the electrode, but
since the effects are confined to the head, can we assume a region of
the head (like the neck, or the 4th ventricle) to be the ground?
