Why is it so hard to gain understanding of what's
happening in the everyday Living of 'normal' of folks
in Russia?

[I wouldn't ask if I didn't Know that there's
this "tuning-precision void" [AoK, Short Paper]
that =Needs= to be 'filled' with information.]
