An item of Mail arrived, obviously opened,
and clumbsily 'resealed'.
The 'clumbsiness' can, of course, be correl-
ated with an 'inncent mistake', but I've no
way of knowing one way or the other.
The 'powerful' folks have no need to open
Mail. They can get the same info by other
means. But I can't say that this obvious
'clumbsiness' is, itself, an effort at 'dis-
information' - and effort to 'point'-elsewhere.
Why I'm discussing this stuff, is that I
received another letter, and saw that, because
I'd discussed as is quoted above, that the
sender of the 2nd thing could interpret
the quoted stuff as referring to his letter.
It does not.
Anyway, the sort of stuff that I'm discussing
in this post has been occurring all along.
I rarely discuss such stuff - just 'take it on
the chin', because, if one broaches it, it
usually goes-against one - because folks
'knee-jerk' with respect to this sort of
'unfamiliar' stuff.
But, in this case, my 'marking' the first thing
necessitated Clarification with respect to
the 2nd thing, so I've overrided my 'usual'
'silence' with respect to 'strange' things that
happen routinely within my offline experience.
I wish I didn't have to, but it's necessary,
so that my original comments will not be
'misinterpreted'.
