FABA 1.0 --- Functional Analysis By Association ---
discovers gene functions by mining data from different
sources: microarray, protein array, gene ontology,
protein interactions, sequence similarities, protein
localization, and more.

With FABA you can discover your favorite genes'
functions by analyzing thousands of public microarray
and other high-throughput data. We have collected
thousands of microarray data from a number of public
depositories. You might be surprised to find your favorite
genes have unexpected functions.

We have optimized our software so well. FABA can mine
Gigabytes of microarray data on your personal computer
(PC, Mac, etc.) without any need of super computing
power.
