Hello, I have a question here that I've thought up while studying the
brain and muscles in my free time.
I've been wondering about automatic nervous responses, like when you
hit your knee and it sends back a response to make your leg jump. I've
read that this takes no brain power, and is 'hardwired' into the
nervous system. Is it possible to add to these? or are they created at
birth? I was wondering, if you complete a task enough, like being
punched in the arm, then you throw a punch with the other arm. Could
this be built in so it does not take any brain processing power? What
spawned my questions in the first place was some information I
recieved about higher martial arts fighters still fighting once they
go uncontious. I'm just curious here.
Thanks,
Requeth
