Placebo process caught in the act plain, for all to see!

No.  See Mountcastle, who was one of the first to suggest the possible
connection between placebo responses and the prefrontal cortices a long long
time ago.  And of course, Patricia Goldman-Rakic who is one of the major
pioneers of the frontal lobe.

This study was one of the first imaging studies to verify the obvious
thereotical and empirical suggestion that the prefrontal cortices was
involved with the "placebo" response.
