Bob: I agree with you that the Omega 3-6-9, the plant Sterols and Sterolins,
GLAs and the unsaturated fatty acids are all found in marijuana, but you can
only receive these benefits through cannabis seed pressings. Smoking these
elements destroys any value they have. Obviously in your enjoyment of the THC
you believe that you are also receiving these health giving ingredients but you
would be better off (financially as well as healthwise) in taking the Sativa
